Passion for food, and dedication to exceptional guest service brings chef giovanni lontoc and chef melanie diaz together to serve the greater capital region and hudson new york area. for over two years, the duo have been a part of many large hospitality business openings, such as rivers casino, and have been apprentice to some of the biggest names in the local industry.

No matter the project, the two have continued their professional relationship with the perfect balance of kitchen and front end knowledge. Throughout that time, they have held on to catering and planning events as Bella Enzo Catering, and have successfully grown the business from the bottom up. 2018 marks a new beginning for the team as they have decided to merge all aspects of their professional career into one hospitality company. Thus the formation of D&L Hospitality Management, LLC.
